GLENCOE CHICK CHAT – Born 21/12/2007. By Glencoe Last Word. A bright bay with generous white star on the forehead, and two white, hind socks, she is the 1st foal from this lovely young chestnut mare, Glencoe Girl Talk. Girl Talk was foaled in 2001 into an unbelievably hard, cold, dry winter and to an old mare - Girl Talk got a hard start in life. Her mum-Sargood My Lady- had been on dog horse row, but her performance on the polocrosse field could not be overlooked. We were elated when we managed to get a filly, by Abstract, from this well performed old mare, as our band of mares had no polocrosse background whatsoever. Girl Talk broke in very well, was extremely quick on her feet. So for those who are into the sport of polocrosse, this fillys’ bloodlines more then qualify her for the sport, with her dams ‘A’ grade performance, and Glencoe Last Words’ sire, Creswood Rivoli All Talk, bred by the leading polocrosse player-Daryl Smith.
