GLENCOE LEGAL ACTION - Born 10/12/2007 by Struggletown Legal Agent. This filly offers the opportunity to secure Heritage campdraft/ASH Bloodlines. This filly is the first foal from the aged mare- Torres Abbilou- to be born at Glencoe, and ideally we would really like to retain her. On her sires side-Struggletown Legal Agent – you have campdraft winning bloodlines going back to the 1940s’ and beyond. Such names as Bareye, Bullseye, Dot, Radium feature and conjure up pictures of the late Warwick Gold Cup winning lady-Gertie Brook. Legal Agent was bred by well known Dorrigo campdrafter,horseman and ASH breeder Doug Tyler. For whatever reason, Legal Agent was found wasting in a paddock at about 16 or 17 years, rescued and performed by the Doyle family of Woodford, Qld. After this long spell, at 18 years of age this horse began a career at Shows and Futurities, winning Hack classes, Champion and Res. Champion Led and Working horse, and placing in campdrafts. On the dams side the pedigree is just as interesting-with a double cross of Abbey, including “Abie” who was the sire of the Warwick Gold Cup winning horse “Little Cody”. Also featured close up in the mares pedigree is Dernancourt Ben Abbey who was campaigned by Mike Lawler to ACA and SEQ Campdraft Championships on several occasions. The pedigree says it all-campdraft,campdraft and more campdraft!! This filly is a real good looker as well- don’t pass her by. This filly is black, and remember that black- in the showring – is beautiful!!
